It's September 2017! It's my month on the Images of Sanford Calendar!

Last year I decided to enter a contest for Images of Sanford, Florida Calendar and I was lucky to get an image selected for their 2017 Calendar. The city of Sanford is a lovely little town right outside of Orlando Florida.

I picked the Sanford Barbershop to be my subject ( I just love old fashioned barbershops, my Dad was a barber and the smell of them brings me back to those days. ) and asked my dear husband to be my model customer. The picture was one of 14 images chosen and my month was September.

I also submitted an image for next years calendar earlier this year. I chose the German Restaurant of Sanford called Hollerbach's Willow Tree Cafe. I was again chosen for the 2018 Images of Sanford and here is my winning photo.... I asked my friends, Theresa and Joe and brother-in-law Jerry, as well as my dear husband to be model customers. I even got the owner, Theo in on the photo. I'm really hoping for the cover this year. I just love how this picture came out!
